At LajreeDesigner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your designer piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and has all original designer tags and security seals attached to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original luxury packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
